Awarefull Meditation


Live in the moment as you delve into a state of conscious awareness

Awarefull Meditation uses a combination of chanting, mantras, and silent meditation to bring you in touch with the present moment and allow you to become fully aware.

Practicing meditation is like cleaning out the closets of the mind. You’ll notice more space and clarity that stretch well beyond the meditation session. You do not have to be able to sit still. In fact, your body will want to shift as it detoxes. There are no boundaries to your practice — sit, stand, or lie down as you wish. We have cushions, blankets, chairs, and mats to make your practice comfortable. And you do not have to stop your thoughts. You’ll find they move freely through the mind as you come back to a given focal point.

Awarefull Meditation

Awarefull refers to being completely in touch with and aware of the present moment, as well as taking a non-evaluative and non-judgmental approach to your inner experience. Awarefull uses a combination of chanting, mantras, and silent meditation that allows you to delve into a state of conscious awareness.
