Awarefull Yoga is for everyone, regardless of experience, ability or age. The focus of our yoga is you — helping you build endurance along with strength and flexibility, helping you remain calm in the face of daily challenges and helping you achieve conscious awareness.


Yoga Class through Indigo Roots

Here is a description of the class:

Trauma-sensitive yoga fusion is a welcoming and inclusive yoga class designed for practitioners of all levels. Rooted in the 7 Spiritual Laws, each day of the week focuses on a different law, providing a unique theme for each session. For example, on Wednesdays, the Law of Karma guides our practice, encouraging us to reflect on our actions and their consequences. Our easy flow yoga is an Asana practice that serves as a moving meditation. This gentle yet empowering approach helps to build resiliency and flexibility while releasing trapped trauma from the body. As you flow through the postures, you’ll experience a calming effect on the mind, and body, which can lead to reduced stress, lower blood pressure, and decreased anxiety levels. In addition to its therapeutic benefits, “Resilient Rhythms” also promotes physical strength. As you progress through the classes, you will notice improvements in your overall fitness and well-being. Our trauma -sensitive approach ensures that each student feels safe and supported throughout their practice, making this class an ideal choice for those seeking a nurturing and transformative yoga experience.


Private Yoga Instruction

Our private yoga sessions focus on alignment, modifications and personalized sequences. For those new to yoga or returning with special circumstances, your instructor will focus on teaching the fundamentals of common postures and breathing techniques you do in class. Your instructor can explore modifications for injuries, illness or other circumstances and answer any questions you may have. For experienced yogis, a private session is focused on exploring advanced postures, fine-tuning alignment and moving into new postures.
